International Shipping Disclaimer

  • When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive in the country of destination. Underdog Trading Co. does not take any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. 

  • We understand that international shipping can be costly, which is why we now offer international shipping via USPS. However, we strongly advise against selecting this option if at all possible. If you need to select this option, please be aware that there is no guaranteed delivery time (in some instances it may take several months), tracking will be limited, and they may lose your package.

  • If a shipment is refused due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • If the buyer wishes to make a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Underdog Trading Co., it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover any additional shipping costs.
  • To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, we strongly suggest providing a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach out to you to clear your order in case of any issues.
  • We will ship your order to the exact address that you provided. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors could cause a delay in delivery or rejection.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by customs or returned to the United States, we will not be responsible for any losses, products, or shipping refunds.
  • The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the US), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
